Roasted Game

Had been wanting to cook duck for the longest time…..
So, picked up 2 duck legs from Sheng Siong.

TADAA!!
Well, not exactly very well done because its too dry. The fond was to oily to use as a gravy. So, had to settle with a pretty dry roasted duck leg paired with roasted potatoes and pineapple and crunchy [...]
